In March, Central Command's Emergency Virus Response Team updated for fifteen variants of the pesky Netsky worm. Netsky occupied seven spots in the Dirty Dozen. "Throughout the month it wasn't really a question of 'if' we'll see another release, it was more of a question of 'when'. I'm sure some batteries of pagers and beepers will probably need to be replaced," said Steven Sundermeier, Vice President of Products and Services at Central Command, Inc. The Netsky worm family bested the worm Bagle family by accounting for over 70.5 percent of all confirmed virus occurrences. Central Command also saw fifteen new variants of the Worm/Bagle in March.  (ma)
