Strategic Acquisition to Gain Access for Secude Enterprise Security Products and SAP Security Solutions to Asian markets

(25.06.08) - Secude AG announces that it has acquired Altrion Technologies Private Limited, a leading provider of SAP ERP integration solutions and SAP security and technology consulting. Altrion will be part of the Secude Group and will be re-structured as Secude India Private limited.
